Katie Stix brings a wealth of experience in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality design since her move to Nashville in 2010. As a LEED Green Associate, Katie is dedicated to sustainability and continually explores new design interpretations, focusing on client relationships and delivering dynamic, inspiring spaces.

Samm Leiby, a University of Kentucky graduate in Interior Design, moved to Nashville after graduation driven by her passion for music and design. Samm brings a fresh perspective and a focus on current trends to Anderson Design Studio, leveraging her expertise in both residential and commercial design. Her proficiency in AutoCAD and rendering programs complements her dedication to creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that enhance the studio's diverse projects.

Accountant

Olga Lochbihler joined Anderson Design Studio, Inc. in 2013 with a background in private accounting and extensive experience across entertainment, commercial real estate, fashion, and interior design industries since 2006. As a results-driven professional, Olga oversees procurement, A/R and A/P services, and general office management, bringing organizational excellence and passion to her role. She graduated with honors from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting and enjoys outdoor activities, water sports, and traveling with her family and friends.

Junior Designer

Denisse Peña, Junior Designer, joined the ADS team in 2023 after graduating from Auburn University with a Bachelors in Interior Design and a Minor in International Studies. Her can-do attitude and positive demeanor are invaluable to Anderson Design Studio, where she brings a passion for interior design fueled by relationships and travel. Denisse's diverse skill set, honed through academic pursuits, internships, and hands-on experiences, enriches her contributions to managing high-end and celebrity furniture installations with enthusiasm and expertise.

Interior Designer

Jenny Nagel, with a master's in architecture from North Dakota State University, launched her career in Tennessee focusing on residential renovations and new construction. After expanding into commercial design, she joined the ADS team in 2024, where she continues to thrive on engaging directly with clients and helping them make significant decisions about their spaces. Jenny's evolving expertise, coupled with her creativity and meticulous attention to detail, enriches every project she undertakes, always prioritizing client satisfaction.

Interior Designer

Kate Reeves, Texas born and raised, joined the ADS team in Spring 2024 as a new Nashville resident after graduating from Baylor University with a bachelor's in interior design. She honed her skills in the hospitality industry in Dallas, quickly growing her understanding of the design process for both new build and renovation projects. With experience in hospitality and residential design, Kate brings her passion and evolving expertise to Tennessee, eager to expand her portfolio and contribute to diverse projects.
