Karey Easterling, Assoc. IIDA

Karey Easterling, Associate IIDA, is an Interior Designer at Anderson Design Studio who specializes in finishes and furnishings. She earned her degree in Interior Design from Watkins College of Art & Design and has a B.S. in Communication from the University of Tennessee. Karey has worked with Anderson Design Studio since 2007. Her fun and modern design approach gives all spaces a unique edge, while still elegant and cohesive. Karey’s sensitivity to textures, colors, and little details is felt in every environment. The beginning conceptual design to the last lamp and accessory is important to her.

Karey has had the opportunity to collaborate on numerous projects while at Anderson Design Studio, ranging from high-end hospitality and private residences to unique office spaces and churches. Some of these include The Grand Ole Opry House backstage and the Presidential Suites at the Gaylord Texan and Opryland Hotels.

Karey is originally from Virginia but has been a Nashville resident since 2002. She is a member of West End Community Church and has been actively involved with various charities including Oasis Center. She is passionate about the local art community and enjoys everything from a live theatrical production and music to the ever growing, local culinary art.

Karey loves to travel and finds inspiration for design ideas through new places and meeting new people. When time doesn’t allow for travel, she finds a hike with her dogs through Percy Warner Park is a nice escape.
