Jena Bartlett is a Florida girl born and raised. She attended Florida State University where she received her master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design from their CIDA accredited Program. She fell in love with Nashville’s growing culture and appreciation for music and creativity when visiting her sister in 2016.
While in college, she had the opportunity to gain experience through internships and teaching assistant positions in both residential and commercial design. Anderson Design Studio is the perfect blend that allows her to wear multiple hats during the design process while being able to dive into many different project types. During her time at ADS, she aims to become involved in the Nashville Community to gain a better understanding of the area while staying in tune with current demands and trends.
Jena instantaneously developed a passion for design when she realized that the built environment has an immense impact on the way people feel, act and develop. “I believe good design can change the way people interact with their environments and their peers, for the better. I believe hard work, enthusiasm, and creativity are the most important values that drive me as a designer.” Jena uses these values to push her designs to be innovative, personal, and elevating. The design process allows her to develop spaces into unique environments that reflect the needs and desires of the individuals that reside in them. She hopes to create atmospheres that facilitate laughter and learning, healing and growth, comfort and functionality.
