Home Accents Today – Eightmood Sweden Launches Collection With Nashville Designer

Home Accents Today StaffSeptember 28, 2017

Nashville interior designer Kathy Anderson has joined forces with Eightmood Sweden on a new collection of luxury home furnishings.

Available this fall, the Country Mood collection has been hand-picked by Anderson, with a mix of Scandinavian and American Southern influences.

Anderson has transformed celebrity homes, luxury hotels and iconic music venues such as The Grand Ole Opry House.

“For this Country Mood collection, I’ve selected timeless, high-quality pieces by Eightmood that could be equally at home in a modern or classic setting.  One of the best things about designing a space is playing with styles and breaking a few rules, and I can’t wait to see how people incorporate these pieces in their own interiors.”

The Country Mood collection includes more than 30 pieces, including cushions in a range of natural, jewel and metallic tones and featuring fabrics from cotton to crushed velvet and goat skin. Other soft furnishings include throws, carpets, bedspreads and sheepskins.

Deco-inspired trays and tables in gold and white, textured ceramic bowls and antique brass candle holders add to the diversity of the collection. Scented candles and reed diffusers are also available.

When bringing a Scandinavian brand like ours to the U.S. market, we want to collaborate with people who see the beauty in the designs we offer and what we stand for,” said Fredrik Axelsson, Eightmood’s U.S. sales director.

“We at Eightmood are proud and honored to having caught the eye and interest of Kathy Anderson. She brings tremendous value to the table, and we are excited to show off her Country Mood with the items she has carefully selected to our customers.”

The Country Mood collection is available for retail at AndersonDesignStudio.com or at Anderson’s Nashville showroom. Wholesale purchases can be arranged through Eightmood.com.

Eightmood products also will be available at Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and other retailers this fall.
